Hello, and welcome to MY BLOG. I love my family blog, but sometimes I find that it gets cluttered with my family. Well, duh, it is a famiyl blog. I have started this blog today mostly as a a journal of myself and also just a place where I can write about stuff (not related to kids or what not). My days of maternity clothes are over, and I have been itching to get back on the bandwagon of exercise. I am also going to use this blog as a place to update my own successes, keep track of things that are easy, hard, and what to avoid. aka junk food.
If you want to keep reading, great, if not, please feel free to not read, but please continue to read our family blog. It is our way of letting our friends and family into our lives. If you do choose to read, leave my comments and suggestions. I am sure we can all use a little pick me up in this area, and us women and moms can help each other out. Hopefully it won't be too boring, I will try to post fun pictures, recipes and neat exercise techniques. Okay here goes.......

you go Heidi!!! I love reading thoughts and feelings!!!! I love it when people vent and show their true feelings. LET IT ALL OUT!!!! Sometimes, and most times, a person's best writing comes out when they are just blurting out what is in their mind. Raw and Perfect!!!! I am excited to read what is in your head!!!
